Welcome to the official SO WOT website.

We took our time, but we’ve finally got it up and running.

We are a four piece covers band situated in Essex; we try to be a little ‘different from the norm’ with the music that we cover, as we don’t like the idea of you being able to compare us with other bands.

We cover popular music from all eras including Blondie, Toto, Whitesnake, Robbie Williams, Abba, Shania twain, the Dandy Warhol’s, Green Day -  we even have a bit of the Spice girls chucked in for a laugh and many other well known artists.

SO WOT stared in March 2000 when Dan and I left our previous band and decided to try our hand at having our own musical hobby. 

We pride ourselves on being that little bit different, and in many of our regular gig haunts, we have great followings of regulars who couldn’t miss a night of the ‘SO WOT EXPERIENCE’.

We play all types of venues, Pubs, Working Mans Clubs, Weddings, Parties, and even Jumping Jaks have been known to book us on occasion. Although I’m sure this has more to do with the fact that I stuff my bra rather than my talent as a singer.

Anyway, feel free to browse our site, it is in the early stages, but I intend to make sure It’s kept up to date with gig dates, special events and set lists so that you’ll never again have to miss a night with SO WOT.
